Contact us at support@daddydrawing.com or through the contact page with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 24 hours (Hong Kong business hours, UTC+8).
If a refund is issued, the corresponding charity allocation (20%) is also reversed. If the charity donation has already been disbursed, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy. For complaints, contact support@daddydrawing.com.
