By accessing or using DaddyDrawing.com (“the Service”), operated by DaddyHandbook Limited, a Hong Kong SAR company (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is available to users worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription plans (Free, Sketch, Family, Dad Hero) are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No sales tax or VAT is charged — DaddyDrawing.com is based in Hong Kong SAR.
Tokens are a virtual currency used within the Service. Token balances and rollover periods depend on your subscription plan. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We reserve the right to modify token costs and allocations with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content; attempt to circumvent token limits or billing; share account credentials; use automated systems to access the Service; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.
All drawings are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, unexpected results, or unintended imagery. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sharing it with children. Generated images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain rights to the images you generate.
Photos uploaded to the Memory Room are processed solely for the purpose of generating transformed artwork. All uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain, store, or use uploaded photos for any other purpose.
20% of your subscription goes to a charity you choose each month. Charity allocations are calculated on gross subscription and token top-up revenue. Charity selections are determined by community vote. We publish monthly transparency reports detailing all charity distributions. Charity contributions are made by DaddyHandbook Limited and are not tax-deductible for individual users.
The Service is available to users worldwide. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including Hong Kong SAR and Singapore, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
